What recent reviews say
Past customers consistently praised Haul Hero for rapid delivery, courteous communication, and fair prices on bin rentals and junk removal. However, reviews from the past six months reveal a sharp operational collapse: bins ordered and paid for never arrived, multiple payment disputes required chargebacks, and phones and emails went unanswered for weeks. The most recent one-star review (4 months ago) claims the business has gone defunct, with disconnected numbers and website unavailable.
The positive streak lasted roughly 9-10 months ago, when service was smooth and staff communicated proactively. A shift occurred around the six-month mark where reliability evaporated and customer service became nonresponsive. Current operational status is unclear from Google records alone.
