Haul Hero
Past customers consistently praised Haul Hero for rapid delivery, courteous communication, and fair prices on bin rentals and junk removal. However, reviews from the past six months reveal a sharp operational collapse: bins ordered and paid for never arrived, multiple payment disputes required chargebacks, and phones and emails went unanswered for weeks. The most recent one-star review (4 months ago) claims the business has gone defunct, with disconnected numbers and website unavailable. The positive streak lasted roughly 9-10 months ago, when service was smooth and staff communicated proactively. A shift occurred around the six-month mark where reliability evaporated and customer service became nonresponsive. Current operational status is unclear from Google records alone.
