Most reviewers praise Winmar's speed, professionalism, and the character of named crew like Dillon, Matt, Tina, and Pamela during water and flood emergencies. However, recurrent complaints centre on aggressive pricing, refusal to take responsibility for broken items, and management lapses in communication and follow-up.
Mike and his crew handle junk removal and weekly garbage pickup across Kingston with remarkable speed and reliability. Reviewers consistently report same-day or next-day service, zero missed pickups even on holidays, and fair pricing. What sets them apart is the care they show: Mike asks where items should be donated rather than treating everything as waste, communicates entirely by text, and sends payment links to avoid hassle. The crew leaves no mess behind and tackles jobs from hot tubs to construction debris without complaint. Reviewers feel heard and valued, not just processed.
Perfect five-star rating across 34 reviews. Customers consistently report fast response times, named staff who deliver professionalism, and fair pricing. Same-day bin delivery and pickup are routine.
Work gets done fast. Crews named repeatedly (Ethan, Skye, Jacob, Connor, Chase) arrive on time or give notice of delays, work methodically to fit large loads without damage, and treat customers like people instead of tickets. Booking is straightforward and prices consistently beat competitors in the Kingston area. Every recent review came back five stars. Staff communicate clearly about arrival times and unexpected setbacks, wrap up removals in half an hour or less, and handle basement extractions and tight spaces without scratching floors or walls. The operation covers Kingston through Belleville and Napanee, operates all week, and accepts donations alongside removal.
